Central Quadrant Parent Teacher Organization

The goal of the Central Quadrant PTO is to provide a consistent, inclusive, and sustainable extracurricular experience for every family with a student enrolled at Elmcrest Elementary, Morgan Road Elementary and/or Morgan Road Middle School.

Our organizational structure allows us to share responsibilities and resources across all three buildings. The Central Quadrant PTO is led by one President and includes one or more Vice Presidents representing each building. Financial oversight is provided by a Treasurer and Co-Treasurer serving the entire quadrant. In addition, we have elected coordinators who support all three schools in the areas of: Communications, Social Media, Graphics and Design, Volunteer Coordination, Fundraising, Community Outreach, Extracurricular Programming

By organizing in this way, we hope to:

Increase the number and variety of extracurricular opportunities available to Central Quadrant students and families.
Provide greater consistency in events, programs, and family offerings across all three schools.
Streamline communication for families with children in multiple buildings.
Better utilize the talents, time, and resources of our volunteers.
Build stronger connections among our Central Quadrant community.

Everyone with a student in the Central Quadrant is a member of the PTO. Commitments are ‘you-sized’ and no amount of volunteering is too small.
